Chatty Toddler Trait
I always felt like there was not enough toddler traits so I added a few more. Hope you like them! This one is the chatty trait. It will make your toddler more chatty, after they learn to talk of course until then enjoy their babble.
when you select the trait the toddlers will stretch for a bit, thats fine.
*Disclaimer* Toddler will stretch for a few seconds then return to its normal postion*
