Horse Ownership
Tired of everyone in the Household automatically turning into a horse owner when it’s really only meant to be one (or maybe a few more) Sim(s)? Would you like to set horse ownership individually instead? Now you can!

As of now, what this mod does is turn the HorseOwned* relationship bit visible (I added a HR icon to it, will probably adjust that in the future so it fits in with other relationship bits but for now I think it’s a rather cute one!) and adds interactions to add or remove ownership of a horse. Only the horse’s owners can sell their owned horse(s). You’re also able to own horses that live outside your household, and remove the household members as owners, so you can e.g. have them live at a set-up boarding stable with sims taking care of them. (I am also working on a mod to bring realistic horse stables to The Sims 4, so stay tuned!)
*and Owner, but you don’t see that bit unless you play with mods that enable you to control your horses.

The interactions are available by clicking on the horse in the relationship panel. Horse needs to be present on active lot.
