213 E Union St House
Designed to resemble 213 E Union St, seen on matterport which is a Victorian house. I have made it as close as possible to the original layout using semiaccurate measurements, and added additional bathrooms, bedrooms and a hidden reading room.
I have been playing sims 4 for years but still struggle with construction, this is also my first ever mod
Most of the screenshots were taken using the direct sim control mod by Victor Andrade, along with using first person view.

kitchen and walls are composed of vampires expansion
garden is composed of romantic garden stuff pack
most other clutter are composed of various of the mods required by this build
