Gardeners Paradise
My plan with this house was “Its going to be green.” Is this an all green house? probably pretty close. Originally placed on a 30×20 lot, the front door is on the x20 side. The lot is pretty full, theres not much room for expansion. You would have to move it to a bigger house if you wanted more backyard space.
The house has 5 rooms, 1 living space, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. It has 3 pretty similarly sized bedrooms that you could convert to anything really. A home gym, an office, put another bathroom in.. I made this house not to play in but to house 8 sims for the world. It has 3 double beds and 1 toddler bed. The outside is very highly decorated showing where the owners put all their love. The inside is a country/old vibe without being outdated.
