This is my first mod in a long time, I have come back to this game after a long break and found the mods I wanted are no longer working due to game updates

This allows you to hire any restaurant, Retail and veterinary staff without worrying about Levels!
Everyone is at the highest level.

Please note this has been tested on v1.64 with no other mods
