These are the base game tights recolored with polka dots. Unfortunately they can’t be used with other clothes because I had to cut the specular map (reflection) to avoid it showing through the dress, meaning they are going to reflect light just on the knees and below. They can be found in Tights category and they’re disallowed for random.
